How we work
Audit
We firstly check that the data is being measured in the right way, and in line with the defined objectives.

Analysis
We explore user behaviour data to create reports that help us make better decisions.

Development
We create robust solutions that provide users with real answers to their queries. We work closely with the definition team to make sure we comply with all of the project requirements.

QA testing
We run technical tests to make sure the product has the expected commercial impact. We create a report with the results, and the optimisation cycle applies the learnings to the blind spots of the process.

Techniques and methodologies
Contextual research
Research into the user’s real-life situation. This is advisable when you already understand your user, but you want to better understand their frustrations whilst they’re using your product or want to purchase it.
Focus groups
Group session to collect user feedback. Often used for new products or rebranding, since it’s useful to get a first impression from users before making a prototype.
In-depth interviews
Conversations with the user to find out information that’s valuable to the project. The goal is to understand their motivation for using the product, aims, experiences, interactions, needs…
Diary studies
Conversations with the user to find out information that’s valuable to the project. The goal is to understand their motivation for using the product, aims, experiences, interactions, needs…
Diary studies
Comprehensive study of the user experience over a period of time. Perfect for understanding the customer journey and knowing where and how the user interacts with your product. This also helps you understand why users make certain decisions whilst using your product.
Data analysis
Extraction, study and transformation of data to find out which points in the process need to be improved. Using real data to create hypotheses helps us to understand what research needs to be conducted.
Lego Serious Play
Methodology with Lego pieces designed to promote innovation and performance in teams. Recommended for projects that need a boost in productivity and creativity.
User test
Usability exercise that observes users whilst they are using the product or service. We recommended applying this test to the process of creating new products or redesigning them.
Customer Journey Maps
Map that shows all of the phases, interactions and channels that a user goes through during the purchasing process. This allows us to detect pain points and learn about the different types of customer.
